When I knew it was my time to buy the American dream, I got up on a June morning and headed to Katy. I have not heard of Castle Rock before that day and therefore went to several places before walking into Don Kirkpatrick’s’ office. I decided to get in and explain to him my situation and what I was looking for. Don immediately gave me a breakdown of all the models they have at Windstone Colony South and narrowed my search to several one story homes; the MOHICAN was what I wanted.

I purchased a home from Castle Rock two years ago and, like many new homes, I had some “break-in” matters to be addressed. The air conditioning system has had recurring issues, but most problems were minor.
