When I knew it was my time to buy the American dream, I got up on a June morning and headed to Katy. I have not heard of Castle Rock before that day and therefore went to several places before walking into Don Kirkpatrick’s’ office. I decided to get in and explain to him my situation and what I was looking for. Don immediately gave me a breakdown of all the models they have at Windstone Colony South and narrowed my search to several one story homes; the MOHICAN was what I wanted.

I purchased a home from Castle Rock two years ago and, like many new homes, I had some “break-in” matters to be addressed. The air conditioning system has had recurring issues, but most problems were minor. The point of this email is to say that all matters, big or small, were quickly and completely covered by the fine Castle Rock staff under the excellent warranty that applied to my house. Special commendation goes to Jimmy Jines, the person that settled us into the house, and to Dave Barnhart, the person that more recently solved the A/C issues.
