CastleRock Communities understands that service after move in is critical to our customer’s satisfaction. We place a priority on handling service efficiently and with a positive attitude. We want you to refer us to your friends and family and we will work hard to satisfy you while meeting the obligations of our written warranty.

CastleRock offers an industry leading warranty that encompasses 2 year and 10 year coverage for many of the vital components of your new home. You will receive this warranty at time of purchase as well as when you you close on your new CastleRock home. We want you to understand the coverages and the steps necessary to obtain the appropriate service when necessary.

CastleRock uses many nationally recognized manufacturers for the components that make up your home. For example, Price Pfister, Whirlpool, Owens-Corning, Shaw, Mohawk, Dal-Tile, Acme, Hanson, Staron, Wilsonart, 3-D, Yale, Volume Lighting and Trane are just a few of the names you will probably recognize who have their products in your CastleRock Home. Manufacturer warranties may extend beyond your Castle Rock warranty on many of these products or their components.

CastleRock provides “added” value with our extensive performance walks with our customers. You will have a pre-start orientation, a pre-sheetrock orientation and a pre-move in demonstration and orientation. Each of these offers information on your warranty and our service program. We even follow up with you 23 months after you move in just to make sure everything is performing as expected and that you are as satisfied now as the day you made CastleRock your builder of choice.
