You will receive this warranty at the time of purchase as well as when you close on your new CastleRock home. We want you to understand the coverages and the steps necessary to obtain the appropriate service when necessary. CastleRock provides “added” value with our extensive performance walks with our customers. You will have a pre-start orientation, a pre-sheetrock orientation, and a pre-move in demonstration and orientation. Each of these offers information on your warranty and our service program.
